Our journey began with a small team of three working as project managers and delivering projects for clients such as T-Systems and Bombardier using the waterfall method. With waterfall, we followed a sequential approach and carefully planned each development and rollout phase to ensure clear objectives, timelines and structured results.
As our business expanded, we built a larger team of permanent employees and took on more demanding and complex projects for clients such as Daimler, Bombardier and BILD.de. By moving to Kanban and Scrum, we used visual workflows and flexible task management to increase productivity and adaptability for our clients. This period also marked the launch of our QA department, specializing in manual and automated software testing.
Numerous exciting projects await us, and satisfied clients including BURDA, BOTLabs, juris and CARIAD continue to entrust us with new assignments. We work with agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum and have many trained RTEs (Release Train Engineers) among our employees. We manage new projects efficiently, ensure seamless collaboration and deliver value at every step. Our newly introduced AI services support our employees and clients in adopting new ways of working. SQF grew out of our many years of experience in software quality assurance — long before we started developing AI agents. The framework structures software quality from test strategy and test design through test management and test architecture to test execution, providing proven methods, templates, checklists and tools.
Since 2024, eight specialized AI agents have extended SQF and automate defined tasks along the QA process, from user stories and test cases to test data, test automation, validation, bug reporting, as well as load and performance testing.
